About Reading Screening Registration


Please read all instructions carefully to assure proper Reading Screening registration.

During the registration process you will create your own Reading Screening user account. When prompted, please provide your name and email address for identity within the application. You will also be asked to provide a User Name and Password of your choosing which you may use to return to Reading Screening in the future.

After you have set up your Reading Screening login credentials, you will then be prompted to register your child/student. If you wish to enroll more than one child/student for your account, instructions will be provided to assist you.

The cost for using the Reading Screening assessment is $25.00 per child per assessment.

Once the assessment is completed, you will receive a professional, comprehensive report detailing your child's/student's strengths and weaknesses in reading. A sample of the report is provided on the Reading Screening homepage. This report can be taken to your child's school and can be used to craft individual interventions.

Already have a Reading Screening Account?

If you already have a Reading Screening User Account, please log in to the On-Line Reading Screening Evaluation website and choose the Enroll Additional Children/Students  link on your Reading Screening Assessment home page.

If you do NOT remember your Reading Screening password, please use the Password Recovery located on the Guest Services  page.
